Being new to West Milton and needing estimates and repairs done quickly we didn't know who to call, so we decided to call on a local business; H & S Plumbing.
Well, let me tell you...they went above and beyond to take care of our needs, all that we dealt with, whether it was over the phone and in person, were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and very diligent, and most of all; very reasonable. I have used H & S Plumbing for years on my 1887 home. They replaced an entire sewer line from basement to street, updated pipes as needed, replaced faucets, installed a water heater, and I could trust them all day in my home with my husband who was critically ill. They were respectful of him and his condition; they were very clear on billing (sometimes it sounded expensive, but well worth it--they charge--I think--by the job and not by the hour). The office staff is absolutely great. I don't know plumbing, but I really trust this crew with the multiple and unexpected jobs that come with an older home.

I would like to suggest that you look into the technician that came out here and worked. I forgot his name but he was absolutely excellent. He made the whole plumbing experience just a pleasure. He was very, very, kind, very intelligent and he just got everything done -just kept working and got everything done. You do not see workers like him anymore.
